Raise funds online

Turn your everyday purchases into free donations

You or your business can fundraise for Rehearsal Orchestra when you shop online – for free!

We are registered with Easyfundraising and Give as you Liveonline platforms (and mobile apps) which allow you to fundraise for a charity such as the Rehearsal Orchestra when you shop online. There is no additional cost to you – it’s completely free!

First, take a couple of minutes to register with a platform, or get the mobile app, and then use it as a portal to go to your favourite retailers’ websites to shop as usual. You can also download a browser toolbar add-on which alerts you if an online retailer is part of the scheme.

The retailers donate a percentage of the cost of your purchase to us on your behalf, cashback-style.

Thousands of popular retailers, large and small, are part of the schemes. You can raise funds with almost anything: groceries, holidays and travel, insurance, utilities, home and gifts, clothing and much, much more – even takeaways and eBay! The donations really add up with regular use.

Business supporters can also fundraise for a charity through their online business purchases. If you own a business, or think your employer could support us in this way, please visit Easyfundraising or Give as you Live for business deals.

For more information, please contact Outi Jokiharju, Development Officer.

"The app is ridiculously easy to use - it just sits in the background and pings a little donation to RO every time I buy sheet music from musicroom.co.uk or kids' school uniform at M&S or the occasional cheeky takeaway. My biggest donation was when we recently switched our electricity provider, and Money Supermarket coughed up £17.50. All with no effort or any cost on my part. What's not to love?"

"I love it: it is easy to sign up and there is a ‘reminder’ icon so you don’t forget to log in to your chosen site of the moment via Easyfundraising. Between us, my partner (who plays the bassoon and contrabassoon) and I probably use it once or twice a week; it may not seem a lot but if everyone, who supports and believes in what this wonderful institution does to promote orchestral playing opportunities, did the same, it would soon mount up."
