Conductor David Syrus, Head of Music at the Royal Opera House, returns to work with the Rehearsal Orchestra on Act III of Die Walküre. The course is supported by the Wagner Society and presents young Wagnerian singers cast by The Mastersingers Ltd, including bass-baritone James Rutherford as Wotan.
Applications are invited from orchestral players who are Grade 8+ and competent sight readers.
The course will finish, as always, with an open rehearsal.
